If you are reading this article expecting to get a quick fix, a voodoo solution like “rub a white powder on your face, with your left hand facing south before talking to anyone” then you are at the right place.

You will be learning how to connect with anybody absolutely anybody anytime and let’s say anywhere.
When you read books with titles like let’s say 3 easy steps to get rich, honestly personally when I buy such a book am looking for three easy steps to get rich. So definitely I wouldn’t be writing on how to connect with anybody without having a significant way or perhaps ways you can connect with anybody.

In the world we live in where the highest earners aren’t necessarily the ones with the best skill, or technical know how but the people that can connect with people.

A research carried out in Carnegie institute of technology revealed that 15% of one’s financial success is due to ones technical knowledge, (that’s pretty much, right ? But wait) and about 85% is due to skills in human engineering- to personality and the ability to lead people.

In the early nineties in American history, one of the first people in business to be paid a salary of over a million dollars a year was Charles Schwab. He was picked by Andrew Carnegie to become the first president of the newly formed United States steel companies.
Away from the story now, the question is why was he paid that much? He has to be a genius to receive that much, but no! Probably because of his skill in steel making, but no!
The answer is Charles was paid that much because of His ability to deal with people. In his words ” I consider my ability to arouse enthusiasm among my people the greatest asset I possess and the way I develop the best that is in a person is by appreciation and encouragement” That’s it, it leads us back to the topic in a question form.

How do I connect with anybody anytime?

Give people a sense of value: Everyone wants to feel important, the reason why we are not where we used to be is because we desire to increase our value.

We all want to feel important to a winning team, we wouldn’t want our hard earned efforts to be swept under the carpet, but rather we would prefer recognition publicly or privately.
Like I said the reason why we do most of what we do is to increase our value, Dr Dewey a profound American philosopher said “the deepest urge in human nature is the desire to be important” everybody like compliments said Lincoln, William James also said the deepest principle in human nature is the CRAVING to be appreciated.
Let me ask you a honest question when you look into a group picture who do you look for first?……you know the answer.

I can personally remember some of the nice heart felt compliments I have received even years after the persons who made them have forgotten they said it.
The answer to our question is simple give people a sense of Value.
Let’s put on our thinking cap, Imagine how we all crave to be important at least feel important, now imagine someone makes you feel important, imagine how you will feel, now imagine how others feel when you make them feel important.
Don’t just read this and criticize one,two or three or more things or just praise the writer or just close the tab but rather make it a daily task to compliment 3 people minimum a day with a heart felt compliment.
Don’t let us waste time …the time is now …I’ll begin
You are looking very awesome today ….
Have a nice day
