5. IMPROVEMENT: The focus of Learning
There are no short cuts to perfection. The Stone age didn’t end because people ran out of stones, it ended because some people kept learning a and improving.
Capacity to develop and improve yourself is what distinguishes leaders from followers. Improvement is made intentionally, when you stop improving (growing) you cease to be useful.

6. HOPE: the motivation for learning
Loses in life are never fun, but there is one loss no none can afford to experience – the loss of Hope.

Hope is a beautiful thing:
A. It says yes to life
B. It fills us with energy
C. It focuses forward
D. It is a difference maker
